Summary - Episode 104 Cholesterol
by Jeff Sass

The fourth episode begins with Stanley and Katz speaking Spanish at Jacky's. I wouldn't call this "pure" Spanish either. Julie then inquires about peanut consumption and this begins a discussion about fat. Katz had a checkup and he is a candidate for a heart attack. Julie however, is in great shape and is studying physical therapy in school right now. They discuss a trade of guitar lessons for personal training.

Dave Attell is in the office pacing and then demands some quiet time from Laura. He is always early to the sessions but is still here after Laura arrives.

Dave has just realized that his father was not Superman. As a child he was only allowed sparklers and was abused because of it. His friend baught a pair of overalls and wanted advice on what "goes with it". Dave notices that the opera is a lot of work to bore him.

Katz is wondering what type of equipment he needs to bring for the workout session. He already has tights, sweatpants, and sweat.

Laura Kightlinger joins the episode with a post-it note discussion and then continues talking about sex and dating.

Dave has moved on to discussing crazy people. One is covered with ants, one has a empty juice container. Dave wants to know the secret to the craziness.

Julie and Katz are working on getting a few pushups done. Laura is peeping in on the action and Katz is having a lot of fun with where Julie's hands are located.

Back at home, Katz wants to get Ben working on a exercise program as well. Jonathan then asks about Ben's buoyancy trophy from camp. Ben cannot even get off of the couch to make a vow to keep in shape. Katz is "built to bear children".

Dave thinks the CIA started prostate cancer. He also has some serious issues with Dr. Katz's depressive influence.

Kightlinger is back with commenting on how people always seem to catch you at your lowest moment. She had just gotten fired and met an old friend who has done it all. She is heading on to an interview at McDonalds and would like a "lift" due to her full body cast.

Julie and Jonathan are working on the guitar lessons now. Julie likes Joni Mitchell styles. After a round of "she'll be coming round the mountain" we head back to the bar.

Stanley is continuing to impress no one with his wonderful endorphin and seratonin lectures. Katz is embarrassed about his body. Stanley wants to help him get over it by lying about "the accident" to the others in the locker room at the gym.

Ben is explaining congenital heart defects to Laura. Ben wants a quick date before his heart goes and he is looking to take Laura to Nunsense.

Irish men's accents on the next Laura Kightlinger Show. She relates a story about how a boyfriend of hers had an accent that was easy confused.

Back to Ben with his obsessive nature still asking for a date. This time he tries to explain that he might "go" at any second. Laura will take her chances.

Guitar's R Us is back with Julie and Jonathan. Strength in the hands and the buttocks are what are needed to produce a good sound when you are a musician.

Dave wants to know why Dr. Katz always controls the sessions. He then goes off on Foot Locker and how they have baby work boots. The music ends the session.

During the credits, Jonathan has hurt himself doing push-ups and wants Laura to call 911. Julie does nothing but laughs.
